But behind the sparkly fa\u00e7ade of corporate responsibility and sustainability lies a darker reality &#8211; a reality of legal battles, employee suffering, and ethical missteps that would make even the most hardened cynic raise an eyebrow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Legal Quagmires in India<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Let\u2019s kick off with India, a market crucial to Pernod Ricard\u2019s global ambitions.
